Is Your Heart Clean?

Often times we pray for healing, deliverance, the blessings, etc., but when it comes we reject it because it's not the way we want it. We miss out on so much of what the father has for us because of our preconceived notion of how things should be done. Too many of us also make it seem as if the father has not honored his word and kept his promise because of our narrow-minded views. When we ask from him he gives to us as he sees fit just like our natural parents. We must stop abusing scripture just to get what our wicked heart desires. Just because the father said he would give us the desires of our heart it does not mean any & everything our wicked hearts can dream of. That scripture says we must delight ourselves also in the Lord and He will give us the desires of our heart. However, we cannot delight ourselves in the Lord while yet having a heart filled with wickedness and evil intentions. Delighting and being wicked goes against each other, therefore, they both cannot be in operation at the same time and one will cancel out the other. So if we are going to delight ourselves in the Lord then we must get rid of the wicked and evil that resides in our heart. It's time for us to clean out our hearts. Evangelist Nodella Jordan
